Paul’s approach to surf coaching includes breathwork, strength, mobility, and mental focus.

We’ll guide you through:

  • Swimming for surf fitness – total body workout, low impact, boosts mood and cardiovascular health
  • Strength & conditioning – bodyweight training, mobility drills, and core stability for longer sessions
  • Flexibility & balance – dynamic and static stretching, foam rolling, and functional movement patterns
